If you wish to return an item to Crixalix, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Securely pack the items in the original packaging provided with the goods. All products must be returned in perfect condition. If the received products are damaged, please contact customer service.

Shipments must be pre-shipped using a traceable method, such as insured shipping by UPS or FedEx.

Please note:

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept cash on delivery. You will want to provide a legitimate tracking number when filling out the return form so that your return can be processed successfully.

Regular products are often returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit, while special or custom products can only be returned for an exchange.

Once the distribution center has received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If a refund is granted, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that depending on the bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Refund Policy

Refund:

We understand that sometimes you may not like your product, and we offer a 30-day window to return your product for a refund if it is unused and in excellent condition. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, so for urgent refunds, please contact us at [email protected] before returning the item for return instructions.

Defective:

If you find that your order is defective, please contact us via email at [email protected] with photos of the defective product (no need to return the item). We will immediately send you a replacement product.

Not as described or wrong product:

If you find that your order is defective, please contact us via email at [email protected] with photos of the merchandise. We will provide a return label once tracked. We will immediately send you a replacement product.

Change of mind:

A change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed.

Please note! The color or texture may even differ from the photo as each product is natural and handmade.

Canceling an order:

We usually ship orders immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately for intervention from the processing department.
