The delivery period begins once your payment is confirmed in our bank account, typically the same day or the following business day. You will receive a final invoice via email, which will include the payment date. Internally, we reserve your item and arrange the transport order in advance. If your payment is received on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the transport order and final invoice will be processed on the next business day.
We ship most goods from Paris, France via FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Transport orders must be submitted before 14:00h. FedEx typically picks up your items in the afternoon, and delivery times depend on your location:
On the day your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with an estimated delivery window (within a 2-hour timeframe) using the email address you provided with your order.
If you're not at home, FedEx will leave a note with contact details to schedule another delivery attempt. FedEx operates Monday through Friday.
For large equipment such as 4-column lifts or scissor lifts, if assembly is required, there is an additional charge of 300€. Assembly service includes unloading with a truck equipped with a trailer and a forklift for safe handling.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as sorting errors or unexpected transport issues. If this happens, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
